Launched in 2020, The Dining Stories is a multi-cuisine restaurant which presents the most scrumptious dishes and beverages. The on road restaurant serves as the coffee shop and brunch for the resort in the day, and turns into the best restaurant in the Garhwal and Pauri range for spirited dining in the evening. The restaurant is eloquently designed which creates an aura of sophistication all around. The design itself is a beautiful blend of modernity and nostalgic charm.
The Dining Stories serves some of the most delicious dishes belonging to various cuisines, right from Chinese, to Indian and the speciality “Garhwali”. The chefs behind the curtains are highly trained and experienced in their respective genres, and prepare the best delicacies which will ring your taste buds, and are also pleasing to the eye. Also, the staff is highly professional, and is extremely polite and helpful.
Some of the most popular dishes served at The Dining Stories include Amritsari Grilled Fish, Gosht Shikhar, Chicken Tikka With Shallots & Charred Peppers, etc. The restaurant is open from 8AM to 11PM and takes pride in breaking the myth that good cuisines stop at 8PM in the hills.
The Dining Stories is also a picture perfect location for a romantic outing. The restaurant arranges a beautiful candle light dinner by the hills, which can be customized on the basis of choices and preferences. Also, if you happen to be at the resort on Sundays, which is highly recommended, do try the lavish Sunday Brunch. A hillside brunch on a late and lazy Sunday morning is itself a delightful idea, add to that a mouth-watering buffet including luxurious dishes.
